During the almost two years of my being with your company, I have benefited a lot more than I had over the eight years in my previous MGA. Greatway is a rare MGA that gives overrides and bonus higher than usual in the industry. Everything is free at Greatway! I do not need to rent office space nor spend on things from photocopying to training .

Although I had privileges, including bonuses, in my previous MGAs, they were very limited. I cannot imagine myself leaving Greatway to start my own MGA. If I do that, I would need to hire personnel, including my own compliance officer. I don’t think I want to do that. What I can assure you going forward is my FULL SUPPORT for whatever plans or decisions you want to make. I want to be part of your vision and mission. I was a Nurse for 5 years and working 3 jobs to support my family here and back home.

I’m so grateful that God sent me my Greatway Family, I became a solid part of this family and finally completing my purpose in life. Since I became a Specialist, my life changed for the best. #Greatway is the company where I thought I built my business, but I realized that it’s the company that built me. More than just IRP, insurance or finances… No where else could you find a company where you learn to build good moral character, humility, spirituality, building good relationships with clients, colleagues, and even the competition… all while earning extra income.

#GreatwayFinancial helped me be a better husband to my loving wife, and within the company build lasting friendships. It’s where family and spirituality come ahead of money. Even though the money is great, it’s not the primary focus.

We were never big producers, never putting up gaudy numbers. I am quite proud to say that some people we trained in our team even surpass our personal production. We never sold in high volumes like some top producers, but one thing was certain, we just kept sharing our blessings through the years. My wife Dyan and I are now semi-retired since 26 years old, and could choose to work if and when we want to work. We are just so passionate to share this blessing, Greatway Financial, Kuya Marlon and Ate Elsa, and the whole Greatway Family to others.
